Full Refund Guarantee:

We offer a full refund for the following reasons:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience any technical difficulties accessing the workshop materials or participating in the live sessions due to our fault, we will gladly issue a full refund.
  • Misrepresentation: If the workshop content or Acharya Pankaj’s expertise is misrepresented on the landing page or in any promotional materials, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Unmet Expectations: If you are not satisfied with the workshop content or delivery within the first 24 hours after purchase, you may request a full refund.

Partial Refund Policy:

For cancellations requested after 24 hours but before the completion of the workshop (Day 3), we offer a 50% refund. This is to cover the administrative costs associated with your enrollment and access to the initial workshop materials.

Please note:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • This refund policy does not apply to individual consultations or other services offered by Vastu Shikhar.
